By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis.
The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
ILA France Photography, its subsidiaries, affiliates, and its licensors do not warrant that:
- the Service will function uninterrupted, secure or available at any particular time or location;
- any errors or defects will be corrected;
- the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components; or
- the results of using the Service will meet your requirements.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless ILA France Photography, and its parents, subsidiaries, licensee, licensors, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, employees, contractors, assigns, successors, officers, directors, representatives, and agents, from and against any claim, obligation, demand, action, liability, loss, expense, debt, damage or cost, including but not limited to reasonable attorney’s fees, made by any party due to or arising out of:
- your use and access of the Service, by you or any person using your account and password;
- any person’s use of any information that appears on or forms part of the Service;
- any content, material, or otherwise, linked to, or referred to, from any information that appears on or forms part of the Service;
- any act or omission to act that violates any provision of these Terms; or
- any violation or alleged violation of any rights of another, including but not limited to your use of any content, trademarks, service marks, trade names, copyrighted or patented material, or other intellectual property used in connection the Service.
ILA France Photography reserves the right to assume the exclusive conduct of its defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, but doing so shall not otherwise excuse your obligations under these Terms.
Limitation Of Liability
In no event shall ILA France Photography, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service;
- any conduct or content of any third party on the Service;
- any content obtained from the Service; and
- unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating product and service offerings on the Service. We may experience delays in updating information on the Service and in our advertising on other websites.
The information found on the Service may contain errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current.
Products or services may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable on the Service.
We cannot guarantee the accuracy, currency, reliability, correctness, and completeness of any information found on the Service.
We, therefore, reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that ILA France Photography has used its best efforts to bring you accurate information about products, services, and ideas generally relying on the sources indicated.
We cannot, however, vouch for the accuracy of the sources used and you agree to make your inquiries and use your judgment about whether a product, service, brand, or idea meets your needs.
By using the Service, you acknowledge that you are responsible for making your assessment of the material and should verify all relevant representations, statements, and information with your professional advisers.

Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by ILA France Photography.
ILA France Photography has no control over and assumes no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party websites or services.
We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites.
You acknowledge and agree that ILA France Photography shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services.
We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, images, text, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of ILA France Photography and its licensors.
The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Germany and foreign countries.
Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of ILA France Photography.
By using the Service, you agree not to copy, distribute copies of, reproduce, display, create derivatives or adaptations of, make, have made, or otherwise use the Service and its original content, features, images, text, and functionality.
Accounts
When you create an account with us, you guarantee that you are above the age of 18 and that the information you provide us is accurate, complete, and current at all times.
Inaccurate, incomplete, or obsolete information may result in the immediate termination of your account on the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, including but not limited to the restriction of access to your computer and/or account.
You agree to accept responsibility for any activities or actions that occur under your account and/or password, whether your password is with our Service or a third-party service.
You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, remove or edit content, or cancel orders in our sole discretion.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service by requesting your account be canceled.
At which point, you will lose any access to the entire content of the membership site, relevant materials, and forum conversations, notes, progress logs.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
Purchases
If you wish to purchase any product or service made available through the Service (“Purchase”), you may be asked to supply certain information relevant to your Purchase including, without limitation, your credit card number, the expiration date of your credit card, your billing address, and your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) you have the legal right to use any credit card(s) or another payment method (s) in connection with any Purchase; and that (ii) the information you supply to us is true, correct, and complete.
The service may employ the use of third-party services to facilitate payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including but not limited to product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected including purchases made with pre-paid credit cards.
Trials And Cancellations
We may offer trials of Paid Subscriptions for a specified period of days or weeks. We reserve the right, in its absolute discretion, to determine your eligibility for a Trial, and, subject to applicable laws, to withdraw or to modify a Trial at any time without prior notice and with no liability, to the greatest extent permitted under the law.
All Trials require payment details to be provided. At the end of such Trial, the Service will automatically start and your subscription will be paid on a monthly or annual billing cycle. If you do not want this charge, you must cancel the service 24 business hours before your trial ends by contacting our support desk directly.
Paid Subscriptions can be canceled at any time by requesting a cancellation via our support desk.
ILA France Photography will not refund any fees you have already paid if you have failed to cancel your Trial 24 business hours before the Trial period ends.
Digital Products And Payment Plans
If for any reason and under any circumstances, failing to comply with any partial payment within a payment plan or outside of it will result in an immediate forfeit of the payment agreement and the customer will be required, without exception, to pay the remaining balance in full.
At this time, the client will be notified and be given 24 hours to pay the remaining account balance.
Failing to complete payment of the full account balance within 24 hours will result in permanent deactivation of his/her account as well as forfeit of future access to the course, program, or product, in addition to current but not limited to course or product materials, bonus materials, and future course updates until the account balance is paid in full.
Payment failures will automatically result in the loss of discounted pricing, and any future offer or promotional prices of the membership.
Membership And Digital Products Policy
Upon execution of this Agreement, the Client has 30 calendar days from the date of purchase of their paid subscription to request a refund from ILA France Photography. The client must request the refund in writing. Upon receipt, ILA France Photography will complete the refund within ten (10) business days. The refund will be completed with the condition that the Client fills out an exit survey and he/she must submit proof that he/she completed at least one full program within the membership.
Completed homework including but not limited to worksheets and other course materials will be required from the Client to provide a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date.
Exclusions to the 30-day refund policy apply to all and Clients who purchase a Trial to ILA France Photography membership. Clients who purchase the trial have seven (7) calendar days to request a cancellation of their membership before their account is billed. Once the Trial period is over the membership will automatically become active and refunds will not be processed under any circumstance and without exception.
As part of the refund process, the Client will be removed from any community groups, access to the Program, and all of its materials will be revoked permanently.
The client understands that when a refund is initiated by the Client and granted by ILA France Photography, ILA France Photography reserves the right not to grant access or complete a purchase to the Program and any other products and or services offered by ILA France Photography.
We issue refunds for digital products only under the following conditions:
- Download issues (if you experience problems while downloading the product).
After 30 days of the original purchase of the product, we will not, under any circumstances deliver partial or full refunds of digital products or memberships.
We recommend contacting us for assistance if you experience any issues receiving or downloading our products.
Returns and Refunds Policy For Physical Products
All orders of physical products can be canceled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be canceled.
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund for faulty physical products.
If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment. If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of ILA France Photography (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of ilafrancephotography.com
You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by contacting us directly.
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorize you to do so.
Trackable Links
Each trackable link used by you must include, in unaltered form, the ILA France Photography tracking code in the manner and format made available or otherwise dictated by ILA France Photography.
You will place or use trackable links only to deliver the agreed-upon tracked activities.
You may not, nor knowingly permit any person to, activate or attempt to activate a trackable link or inflate or attempt to inflate the amount of any sought-after or resulting tracked activities.
Including but not limited to the use of any method or technology that does not deliver an end-user to the destination website associated with such trackable link.
You agree that you will not modify, circumvent, impair, disable or otherwise interfere with any tracking codes and/or other technology and/or methodology required or made available by ILA France Photography, including the promotion and display of trackable links.
You further agree that you may not create your trackable links unless specifically authorized to do so by ILA France Photography.
ILA France Photography may terminate any trackable links. You must remove any trackable links after being notified of any termination. If trackable links are not so removed, ILA France Photography may redirect such links as it determines in its sole discretion, with or without compensation to you.
If you currently distribute or plan to distribute, trackable links on, to, or through websites other than those owned or operated by you, you hereby agree that upon ILA France Photography request, you will provide a list of websites that are not owned or operated by you (together with any reasonably requested information about any such websites) where trackable links (and associated materials) have been, or are planned to be distributed and/or used.
You further agree to provide prompt and reasonable cooperation to ILA France Photography in responding to any requests, complaints, claims, or other issues regarding where and how such trackable links are distributed and/or used, including ceasing further distribution of such trackable links (and associated materials), as appropriate.
You agree that you will be liable for any breach of these terms that results from an act or omission of any third party website that you use to display trackable links. ILA France Photography reserves the right to prohibit you from distributing trackable links to or displaying trackable links on third party websites.
