The Twelve Days of Christmas, 2011 edition – Day 12

Frosted window panes
Candles gleaming inside
Painted candy canes on the tree
Santa’s on his way,
He’s filled his sleigh
With things, things for you and for me

It’s that time of year
When the world falls in love
Every song you hear
Seems to say
Merry Christmas
May your New Year dreams come true
And this song of mine
In three quarter time
Wishes you and yours
The same thing too…

Well, we made it to Day 12!!  Santa’s elves now need to focus on the most important night of the year.  So,  here’s their last offering for this year.

You remember that elf who broke his glasses?  Well since his sight was really bad,  he did have some mishaps and accidents.  Some of them turned into beautiful stuff for us.  This time,  our nearsighted  (and quite clumsy)  elf was trying to spy on the Ice Fairy, without his glasses he  needed to get really close to the fairy’s bedroom window.   And with that polar weather,  well,  he found himself stuck on the icy panes!!  While he waited for help,  he took notice of all the little details of the frosted panes, and decided to create more overlays.  Dedicated to the Ice Fairy, the Fairytale Winter Overlays will definitely add a magical and icy touch to your images.

Don’t get stuck, it’s cold out THERE…

Even though that little elf sounds like quite the pervert (tee hee), I am grateful she is nearsighted and so creative! I’m sure she was spying on the Ice Fairy with the best of intentions ;)
